Right of Withdrawal

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without giving any reason.

The withdrawal period is 14 days from the day on which you, or a third party nominated by you who is not the carrier, took possession of the goods.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us, LTG / NordiKitchen, Egellsstraße 21, 13507 Berlin, Germany, email: info@nordikitchen.de, of your decision to withdraw from this contract by means of a clear statement, for example by post or email.

To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your communication concerning your exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.

You may use the sample withdrawal form below, although this is not mandatory.

Effects of Withdrawal

If you withdraw from this contract, we will reimburse all payments received from you, excluding return shipping costs, without undue delay and at the latest within 14 days after receipt and inspection of the returned goods.

We will use the same means of payment that you used for the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise with you. In no event will you be charged any fees for this reimbursement.

We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods back, or until you have supplied evidence of having sent back the goods, whichever is earlier.

You must send back or hand over the goods to us without undue delay and in any event no later than 14 days from the day on which you inform us of your withdrawal from this contract. The deadline is met if you send back the goods before the period of 14 days has expired.

You bear the direct cost of returning the goods.

You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods if this diminished value is due to handling beyond what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods.

Exclusion of the Right of Withdrawal

The right of withdrawal does not apply to:

  • goods made to customer specifications or clearly personalised

  • sealed goods which are not suitable for return for health protection or hygiene reasons if their seal has been removed after delivery

No problem.

Returns

You can return unused goods to us within 14 days. The period begins on the day of delivery.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

Please contact us first via our contact form or send us an email at info@nordikitchen.de. This allows us to register your return and coordinate the next steps with you quickly and smoothly.

Please do not send any goods back without prior notice, as otherwise we cannot guarantee correct allocation of your return.

Return Costs

Returns caused by customer-related errors, for example an incorrect delivery address, must also be paid for by the customer.

Packaging and Condition of the Goods

Please pack the items carefully to avoid transport damage. Ideally, use the parcel and packaging materials you originally received from us.

Please make sure that returned items are unused and in their original condition so that we can issue a full refund.

Items that are returned damaged or used may not be refunded, or may only be partially refunded, with a reasonable deduction for loss in value.

How does the refund process work?

Send us an email at info@nordikitchen.de with the details listed above. The more complete your email is, the faster and easier we can process your refund.

Once we receive your email, we will review your request.

Please then send the parcel to the return address listed below.

As soon as your return arrives and the goods are confirmed to be in their original condition, you will receive an email confirming your refund.

When and how will I receive my refund?

The refund for returned items, excluding the return shipping cost of €5.90, will be made within 14 working days after receipt and inspection of your return at our logistics centre.

The refund will be issued using the original payment method selected for the purchase.
